Well, today a lot has happened. I have a lot of people to thank for all of your prayers and blessings. God, answered many prayers today and, man, does he work in his time frame, or what? Well, I have had two good nights of sleep and lots of praying for my house to sell, and for a vehicle so we can go on our trip.
Yesterday morning during bible study, around the time when a prayer request for my house to sell "quickly but in God's timing", I received a message on my cell phone from a lady wanting my house.
2PM she offered me above my original asking price, when I accepted she THEN looked at the house. The whole while I am thanking God in my head. She shooke my hand and went and made an appointment for the notary the next day. Again on my knees, I asked God if this was meant to be he will make these people not back out. 5:45pm, as I was taking off Kendra's skates and received another phone call....Oh, oh! She wants to come through the house again and sign the papers I have, we have a 12:30 appointment for tomorrow. Now, I am trying not to get excited, but I believe God will let my house sell, in his time.
8PM we are filling out papers. This lady is telling me how she saw my house in a dream for weeks.
Today, 8am, I got a hold of the appraiser and he is coming to Hope...TOMORROW! I have to mow my hay feild! It's ok, I can do it, God is lining everything up. 8:30am no go, because of the zoning. I get my taxes and find that it is C2/residential, it's a go. 9am, we are back at the house, awaiting a tree topper. She is so excited, we start talking about her plans, then move to Jesus and how he is our saviour.
10 am, the tree topper comes by, as she is talking to him, I notice a landscaper go by. He couldn't come until next week, he kept driving, around the block and back again. My breathe was taken away. Thank-you, Lord. I am stunned by the speed in which he is lining everything up.
12:30 we sign papers in the notary office.
What a day, then I was reading other blogs, which I have been trying to respond to for months. What a great end to an exciting day! I respond and even learned how to POST.
Oh, I forgot to mention my dad will lend me his truck to go to Disneyland, as mom's car is not even back in Hope yet to be repaired.
What a wonderful God we have, he has put everything together, in his time.
